Purchase and refund requests
For help with a payment or refund request, include the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue. Do not send your full card number, password, or verification codes. We review requests under our refund and cancellation policy and applicable law.
Subscriptions
To stop an Operator App subscription from renewing, sign in using the email used to purchase and open Plan & Billing, then choose Manage subscription. App access continues through the paid period when cancellation is scheduled for its end.
Already purchased?
Sign in with your purchase email and open Downloads. The $49 Launch System and $99 bundle include the PDF, workbook, and ZIP; the $9.99 monthly plan provides app access, not a separate guide license.
